Designed for Classic Fashion Doll Proportions
This crochet blouse is designed to fit fashion dolls approximately 10.5” to 11.5” tall. Since body shapes and proportions can vary between dolls, I recommend trying the blouse on your doll as you crochet and before permanently joining the back. Small adjustments to the starting chain can also help you customize the fit for a particular doll in your collection.

I have put together a free PDF crochet pattern and tutorial so you can make your own Daisy Embellished Fashion Doll Blouse. The tutorial walks you through the project step by step, from crocheting the little green bodice to creating the separate daisy and stitching it securely in place. You can access the complete pattern by clicking the download link at the bottom of this post.
A Tiny Project That Uses Very Little Yarn
One of the nice things about crocheting doll clothes is that you only need a small amount of yarn for each project. For this blouse, approximately 10–15 yards of yarn in total should be plenty, depending on your tension and the exact yarn you choose. I used olive green for the bodice, creamy white for the daisy petals and golden yellow for the flower centre. A worsted weight acrylic, cotton or cotton-blend yarn can be used, along with a 2.5 mm crochet hook. This is also a lovely project for using small leftover yarn pieces from your craft stash.
Make the Daisy Your Own
Although I chose an earthy green, white and golden-yellow combination, this pattern gives you lots of room to play with colour. Try a pink or lavender flower for something sweeter, use a bright green bodice for a fresh spring look, or crochet several blouses with completely different floral combinations. The oversized daisy is also a fun embellishment to experiment with on other handmade doll clothes, and its raised petals add the kind of texture and dimension that makes miniature crochet pieces especially charming.
