Crochet Bobble Stitch Fashion Doll Blouse – Free PDF Pattern & Tutorial

A Sweet Pop of Bobble-Stitch Texture

Plump little bobbles give this Crochet Bobble Stitch Fashion Doll Blouse such a playful, almost cloud-like texture, while the contrasting pink crochet along the neckline adds a cheerful finish. I especially love how the white bobbles stand out against the simple strapless shape—the texture becomes the main feature without needing any extra embellishments. Paired with a bright skirt, tiny jeans, or another handmade doll piece, this blouse is an adorable way to add a little crochet charm to a fashion doll wardrobe.

Designed to Fit Fashion Dolls

This crochet blouse is designed for fashion dolls approximately 10.5” to 11.5” tall. Because different fashion doll bodies can vary slightly through the bust and waist, I recommend trying the blouse against your doll as you crochet. The lace-up back also gives you some flexibility with the fit, allowing the blouse to be gently tightened or loosened to suit your particular doll.

Yarn, Hook & Colour Details

This is a wonderfully small project, so you only need approximately 15–25 yards of yarn in total, although having a little extra available is always helpful. I used white yarn for the textured bobble-stitch body and pink yarn for the contrasting upper row, but you can easily experiment with your favourite colour combinations. A worsted-weight acrylic, cotton, or cotton-blend yarn works nicely for this project. I recommend using a 2.5 mm crochet hook to help create the compact stitches and miniature proportions needed for doll clothing.
